Call traffic Widget is one of the most widely used widgets of PBXDOM. This widget
will display the incoming, outgoing, and unanswered calls of a chosen period at a
Call traffic widget displays the call charts related to 24 hours of a day and by
moving your mouse over each hour, you’ll easily know at what hours the incoming
or outgoing calls peak are.
Also, in the settings of this widget, by using the date, you can dynamically compare
the traffic of the calls in the company on different days or months.
If you have an enterprise plan, you can see the traffic of calls of each organizational unit separately.
You can save the charts as images or pdf files. Also, by clicking on the chart
Help on the right side of the Widget, you can display or hide the incoming, outgoing, and abandon calls.
