One of the most popular and useful widgets in PBXDOM is that of call summaries. This widget shows you an overview of the calls of the company or calls of company departments. The information of this widget includes:

Total: sum of all incoming, outgoing, and unanswered calls

Abandoned: the total number of unanswered calls

Incoming: the total number of incoming calls

Outgoing: the total number of outgoing calls

Max Duration Incoming Call: the duration of the longest incoming call

Max Duration Outgoing Call: the duration of the longest outgoing call

First Call: date and time of the first call

Last Call: date and time of the last call

Last Data Received from your PBX/SW: date and time of the latest information received from your PBX or call center.

Last Data Record Date Time: date and time of the last data record received from your PBX or call center

With a look at this widget, you can easily find comprehensive information on the company’s phones in the timeframe you have selected.

The settings of this widget include the following:

Title: the widget title that is automatically filled, but you can insert your favorite name.

The start date can be a fixed date like 2015-01-01 or in strict mode as a dynamic date. For example, suppose you want to have summarized today’s calls yesterday and this week in your dashboard. All you should do were to use strict and, for example, choose yesterday. Besides, you can easily choose the date through the Date Range.

To: the end date that can have all settings related to the “From” item.

Group: If you use the PBXDOM Enterprise plan, you can choose your desired group to filter the data. This is very useful for dashboards related to the performance of different departments of the company.
For example, you can view sales department call summaries, service and customer affairs departments in separate widgets and even compare them to those of the past days.

Options to be selected in the Date Filter are shown in the picture above.

If you use Enterprise plan, go to Group item to filter the widget information based on the relevant organizational unit.
