Call traffic widget displays the call charts related to 24 hours of a day and by
moving your mouse over each hour you’ll easily know at what hours the incoming
or outgoing calls peak are.
Also in the settings of this widget, by using the date, you can dynamically compare
the traffic of the calls in the company on different days or months.
If you have enterprise plan, you can see the traffic of calls of each organizational unit separately.
You can save the charts as images or pdf files. Also by clicking on the chart
Help on the right side of the Widget, you can display or hide the incoming, outgoing and abandon calls.
