Supported brands

Running Nortel, NEC, Toshiba, Samsung, Yeastar, or another brand we don’t list? We no longer take new connections for those systems. For anything else we don't list, ask: you'll get a straight answer in one email, not after two weeks of testing. Ask about your system

How it connects

Two installation methods, both cloud-based

Confirm your PBX output, collector host, and network access, then choose guided or self-setup.

METHOD 1 · MOST SYSTEMS

Lightweight collector

A small collector app runs on a compatible always-on machine on your network, reads call records from your PBX (serial, IP, or file-based), and streams them securely to the PBXDom cloud. Perfect for legacy hardware.

METHOD 2 · SOME HOSTED SYSTEMS

Direct cloud connection

Some hosted platforms can connect to PBXDom without the collector app. Whether yours qualifies depends on the platform and version; we confirm it in the first five minutes of the setup call.
