This legacy reference shows DB Studio for Mitel 5000–7000. Confirm your exact MiVoice Office platform and software version with your administrator before applying these settings.

1. Enable the SMDR socket

  1. Log into Mitel DB Studio.
  2. Open System > Cabinet > Sockets.
  3. Select SMDR in the right-hand pane and set Enable to Yes.

2. Review the record fields

Open System > Maintenance > SMDR. Review the fields in the right-hand pane against the reference below, confirming the options required for your installation.

3. Historical connection settings

The default TCP/Client connection port is 4000. This is historical information; PBXDom does not currently accept this system.
