Serial connection

Mitel SX2000 sends SMDR information over a serial connection. Connect its serial port directly to the PC running the PBXDom collector.

SMDR output is not enabled by default. Ask your system maintainer to enable and configure it for your unit, and confirm collector setup requirements before connecting.
