Serial connection

Mitel SX2000 sends SMDR information over a serial connection. Historical installations used a serial connection to a collector PC. This is not a current PBXDom connection option.

SMDR output is not enabled by default. Ask your system maintainer to enable and configure it for your unit, and refer to your system maintainer’s documentation.
