01 / Call traffic

Find the hours that need attention.

See incoming, outgoing, and abandoned calls together. In this example, 16 of the day's 24 abandoned calls fall in the 08:00 hour—a focused starting point for reviewing coverage.

Illustrative hourly traffic: 16 abandoned calls at 08:00 and incoming calls peaking at 45 at 11:00
September 11: 240 incoming, 120 outgoing, and 24 abandoned calls. Hourly counts show demand, not concurrent calls or available capacity. Real PBXDom widgets with illustrative data; not customer results.View full size ↗

02 / Extension activity

Different roles. Different call patterns.

Reception's calls are mostly incoming. Extension 204 has a larger outgoing share. Compare each extension's mix before deciding which records to explore—not to rank employee productivity.

Two illustrative Call Type pie widgets comparing extension 201 with 81.8 percent incoming and extension 204 with 53.6 percent outgoing
Extension 201: 108 incoming, 12 outgoing, 12 abandoned. Extension 204: 24 incoming, 30 outgoing, 2 abandoned. Pie percentages include all three call types. Real PBXDom widgets with illustrative data; not customer results.View full size ↗

03 / Missed calls

A percentage is the start. The calls are the detail.

Pair the abandoned-call metric with recent records to find a caller, time, and extension worth investigating. Here, the latest unanswered attempt reached Reception at 10:11:37.

24 abandoned ÷ 264 inbound attempts = 9.09%. Zero call duration does not mean zero waiting time. Classification and available fields depend on your PBX. Real PBXDom widgets with illustrative data; not customer results.View full size ↗

Before you connect

The right view starts
with the right data.

CDR and SMDR reporting uses records delivered by your PBX. Live extension, line, and queue status requires a real-time protocol supported by both your PBX and PBXDom.

Dashboard & live-status guide
What does “live” mean for my PBX?

Record-based dashboards update as records are delivered and processed. They do not by themselves establish that a call is currently ringing or active. Confirm model-specific real-time protocol support before planning a live wallboard. Missed-call classification and waiting-time fields also depend on your PBX data.

What do I need for collection?

Confirm your PBX model, software version, record output, collector host, and network requirements. Choose widgets supported by your system and plan.

Review security and data flow →
Can I share and export reports?

Export reports as CSV, Excel, or PDF. Dashboard sharing and departments/groups are available on Pro and up. Decide which call information is appropriate for each audience.

Report filters and exports →
How much history can I review?

Retention ranges from 1 to 5+ years by plan. Connecting a PBX does not automatically supply past records. Dashboard counts and phone-system limits also vary by plan.
