Before Your Appointment: Please Prepare the Following

To ensure a smooth and efficient setup during your trial appointment, please review and complete the steps below:

    Prepare Your System for Remote Installation

    We use AnyDesk to securely access your environment for installation and configuration. Please download and install AnyDesk in advance:

    Have Your Server or Device Ready

    Please make sure you have a server, virtual machine, or computer available for the installation. To avoid delays, ensure that this system has:

    • Full administrator access
    • A stable internet connection
    • Any required firewall/port permissions enabled (if applicable)

    Access to Your Phone System Console

    If our setup requires integration with your existing phone system, please ensure you have access to the administration/configuration console or software during the meeting.

    Meeting Access

    You will automatically receive a Google Meet link by email after booking your appointment. This is where we will communicate during the session while using AnyDesk for remote access.
