This report shows us a list of the most actively used extensions in a company or organization, for both incoming and outgoing calls.

What to notice: Extension 201 handles 120 incoming and outgoing calls, compared with 78 for extension 202. Use the ranking to identify where to investigate workload distribution—not to score employee productivity. Abandoned attempts are not included in these counts.
