This report gives us a list of the top 25 most actively used landlines only for incoming calls based on the number of the calls.

What to notice: Trunk 1 receives 180 of 240 incoming calls; trunk 2 receives 60. Compare how inbound traffic reaches each route. These counts do not show how many calls were active at the same time.

1. Trunk/CO: the name or the number of the landline

2. Count: the total number of incoming calls received by a landline

Note: Trunk, CO, and landline are the equivalents of each other and can be used interchangeably.
