Field layout for files without a header

Use the 129-field option only when your source has that exact field order. You can instead select a matching field-name file together with your records. Recognizable headerless rows use the 129-field layout with a warning to verify the mapping. Repeated headers and readable parts of damaged files are recovered. Missing fields are never invented.
